A full-day training session brought our staff and drivers together to reinforce safe practices at our yard and on the road.

Sri Rama Steels & Coal recently organised a safety awareness programme at [location] for its employees, loading staff and transport partners. The session was led by [trainer or organisation name].

Topics covered

The programme covered safe lifting and loading, correct use of protective equipment, safe movement of vehicles inside the yard, and basic first-aid steps. Participants also learned how to spot and report unsafe conditions early.

Hands-on demonstrations

Instead of only lectures, the trainers ran practical demonstrations, including fire extinguisher use and correct methods for handling heavy steel sections. Employees took part directly and asked questions throughout.

Why safety comes first

Looking ahead

We plan to hold safety refreshers every [six months] and to add regular safety checks to our daily routine. We thank everyone who attended and contributed to a safer workplace.
